The 2010 Comprehensive Financial Report is now available for download.

Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code § 4705.01, beginning August 1, 2011 the Real Estate Office will no longer fill out Conveyance or Exempt forms. All documents being presented for transfer must have the proper Conveyance or Exempt form submitted.

2011 tax year real estate taxes are certified as of January 9, 2012. These amounts (2011 Payable 2012) are available for review. Login or Register for access to the Real Estate database. 2011 (payable 2012) tax rate sheets are also available for review.
