The 2012 (payable 2013) real estate taxes were certified to the Lorain County Treasurer on January 7, 2013. First halfpayments were due to the Lorain County Treasurer's Office by February 15, 2013.
Effective August 1, 2011, the Real Estate Office will no longer fill out Conveyance or Exempt forms pursuant to Ohio Revised Code § 4705.01. All documents being presented for transfer must have the proper Conveyance or Exempt form submitted with a written and printed signature.
