Larry Ray Arnold, 68, Enjoyed Walking His Dogs and Bike Riding

Photo of Larry Ray Arnold It is with great sadness that the family of Larry Ray Arnold announces his passing after a brief illness on Thursday, February 28, 2024 at the age of 68.

He was born May 16, 1955 in Amherst. Larry will be lovingly remembered by his sister Diana (Herron) and brothers Emery (Karen) Arnold and Lukcus Arnold.

Larry will also be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews Joleen, Olivia, Emery Jr, Christopher, Tavis, Madolyn, and Amelia.

He was predeceased by his mother and father Billie Jean & Luther Arnold and brother Ira Herron.

He lived in Lorain and attended Lorain schools and he worked as a receiving clerk at Goodwill Industries until retirement. His hobbies included walking his dogs and bike riding. He was also known on social media as “GatorGirl” and for his passion of helping animals.

There will be a graveside service at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, 44805 N Ridge Rd, Amherst, Thursday at 2:00 PM officiated by Rev. Gary Dorsey, pastor of Tower Baptist Church, Lorain.
