Community Health Partners will Host H1N1 Flu Vaccine Clinic

11/20 -- Community Health Partners (Website | Profile) will be offering a free H1N1 Flu Vaccination Clinic for children ages 6 months and up and adults up to 64 years of age. The clinic will be held on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009 from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Atrium of the Medical Office Building at Community Regional Medical Center 3600 Kolbe Road, Lorain, Ohio. Full Story
