Alan Michael Gomolka, Infant Son
Alan Michael Gomolka infant son of Lauren M. Mora and Kevin A. Gomolka of Mayfield Heights, died Friday January 14, 2005 at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland.He was born January 13th, 2005 at the Ashtabula County Medical Center.
In addition to his parents Alan is survived by his twin sister: Ashley Nicole Gomolka, maternal grandparents: Leonard and Marybeth (nee McKenna) Mora, paternal grandfather: Ken Gomolka of Olmsted Township, and paternal grandmother: Betty Larrison of Ashtabula Township.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Calvary Cemetery - 555 North Ridge Road - Lorain with the Reverend David A. Novak, pastor of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Lorain officiating.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel. - Lorain.
