This week, LCBMH issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for operating the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program.

"PATH workers go into the streets, go into the tent cities or remote areas where people without homes or resources are staying, and build relationships. They connect people with the right services to better their lives."
