Christopher D. Sayers Jr., 24, Enjoyed Spending Time with His Daughter, Family, and Dog Jackson
Christopher D. “CJ” Sayers Jr. age 24, of Elyria passed away Sunday January 30, 2022.
Born in Elyria, he grew up in Grafton before moving to Elyria two years ago.
Chris worked for Evergreen Packaging in Olmsted Falls.
He enjoyed spending time with his daughter, family, and his dog Jackson.
Survivors include his daughter Ava Grace Sayers at home, mother, Patty Sayers of Grafton, father, Chris Sayers Sr. of Elyria, sisters, Alyssa Sayers and Sierra (Brandon) Goldsmith both of Grafton, nieces Taelynn, Everleigh and nephew Branson Goldsmith, grandmothers, Linda Chapman of Grafton and Sandra Carter of Elyria, his companion Alexis Champe of Lakewood and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Aliyah Sayers, grandfathers Charles Carter and Ronald Chapman and Aunt Michelle Alheit.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-7PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, N. Ridgeville. Services will be held on 10 AM Friday at the funeral home. Rev. Kevin Crow will officiate. Masks are required. Services will be live streamed on Bogner Family Funeral Home Facebook page.
Burial will follow in Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Township.
