September 8, 2017 — The 12th Annual SSO Senior Living Fair and free Senior Luncheon will be held on Saturday, October 7th on the campus of . All activities will take place from 10am to 2pm. The event is held in partnership with the Friends of Senior Citizens (FOSC), a new local non-profit whose mission is supporting senior citizens in the southern part of Lorain County through fundraisers to support the Southern Satellite Office on Aging (SSO). Other partners include the , / and the .

This fun filled event will include a variety of activities focused on meeting the needs of the senior population. The Senior Living Fair will feature a wide variety of vendors and organizations providing information, services, and demonstrations with an emphasis on healthy living. A Free Luncheon for senior citizens 60 years of age and older will be served from 11:15 am-1:15 pm. Raffles and Door Prizes will be award throughout the day.

Guests can also tour the 9/11 Memorial located on the JVS grounds that was designed and built by JVS students. The structure includes a three-foot section of beam from the World Trade Center. Interested Vendors may contact [email protected] for information on space availability.
