November 8, 2012 — The physicians of The are committed to providing educational programs to the community. In the past we have held programs dealing with Breast Cancer, Obesity, Abuse, Self Defense, etc. These events are open to the public (with no charge to the attendees). Alzheimer's is a disease that affects thousands of people and robs the person of their identity. Family members are devastated and have to deal with the care of their loved one.

Please join us on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at , physicians of LCMS and a representative from the Cleveland Area Alzheimer Association will educate the community as to signs that can indicate the onset of this disease, the aging process along with how the disease progresses. Locally there is help not only for the patient but also for the caregiver.

We hope that you and your organization will consider joining us as a sponsor for this event. The sponsor fee is $300.00 and is not due until the time of event. The sponsorship includes: display table, two representatives from your organization to join us for dinner and the evening. It certainly will be a good time for you to share your handouts with the community.
