October 31, 2019 — The is partnering with select insurance plans to offer free memberships to qualified participants.

Beginning November 1, LCCC will partner with SilverSneakers, Renew Active and Prime to offer free, insurance-based fitness plans. All program participants will have free access to the LCCC Fitness Center, field house, gym and track during open hours.

SilverSneakers
SilverSneakers is the nation's leading wellbeing fitness program designed exclusively for adults 65 and older and is sponsored by Medicare health plans throughout the United States. Members can check eligibility at the www.silversneakers.com, with their individual insurance company, or at the LCCC Fitness Center.

Prime
Prime is a program sponsored by health plans and employer groups for eligible members ages 18-64 and includes a fitness center membership. Please check eligibility with your individual insurance company, at www.primeandfit.com, or the LCCC Fitness Center.

Renew Active
Renew Active is designed for plan holders of eligible Medicare Advantage Plans insured by UnitedHealthCare Insurance Company. Members can check eligibility with their health plan's Customer Service department, at www.myrenewactive.com, or at the LCCC Fitness Center.
