Live Healthy Tips and Blood Pressure Screenings Provided by LCGHD at the Lorain County Fair

The Lorain County General Health District (Website | Profile) will be at the Lorain County Fair (Website | Profile), August 24 - 30, 2009, providing information on three habits that could save your life; as well as additional ways to live healthy, including tips on increasing fruits and vegetables in your diet, and how to squeeze more physical activity into daily activities.
Start your fair visit at the Health District booth, pick up a “Walk for Water” map of the fairgrounds; stop at the designated “Walk for Water” locations, and return to the outside tent for an ice cold bottle of water.
Blood pressure screenings will also be available at the Health District’s outside tent, Monday, Aug. 24 through Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Health District will have two locations at the fair to serve you: our tent near Gate 3, and our booth inside building #19.
