Let us know how walking has improved your health and well being, how you got started , and what keeps you motivated. You can also include some of the difficulties and barriers that you have overcome.

All stories should include your name and the city you live in. No personal information (e-mail address, etc.) will be put on the site with your story. By submitting your story you are giving permission for us to publish it on www.loraincounty.com/walks only.
