Topic: General Conversation (1,993,486 views) Title: Re: unemployment rate/06261964 Message: Well it's a good thing our Congress and President rushed that second stimulus through so that we don't reach 8%% un-employment........oh.....wait.....we exceeded it. Ooops. I guess we should have listened to the majority of economists that said a stimulus would actually raise un-employment to 10%% or higher if it was passed, but would slowly recover and workout to 8%% tops before dropping if we didn't pass it.
