Affidavit

Assessment Lien

Annexation

Assignment & Releases

Bill of Sale

Bond Liens

Corrupt Activity Lien
No person with purpose to commit or to promote or facilitate the commission of aggravated murder, murder, kidnapping, compelling prostitution, aggravated robbery, robbery, aggravated burglary, burglary, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, corrupting another with drugs, aggravated trafficking, trafficking in drugs, theft of drugs, or illegal processing of drug documents, the commission of a felony offense of unauthorized use of a vehicle or trafficking in marijuana, or the commission of a violation of any provision of Chapter 3734, of the revised code. Land Contract
An executory agreement which by its terms is not required to be fully performed by one or more of the parties to the agreement within one year of the agreement & under which the vendor agrees to convey title in real property to the vendee and the vendee agrees to pay the purchase price in installment payments, while the vendor retains title to the property as security for the vendee's obligation. Power of Attorney
