LORAIN COUNTY LOCAL RULES 72.1 Executor’s and Administrator’s Commissions In all cases where payment of executor or administrator commissions is requested, and whether or not an application or hearing is otherwise required by Court rule, the Computation Form for Executor/Administrator Commissions, (County Local Form 72.1 as set forth in the Appendix C herein) shall be submitted to the Court. No hearing on the payment of commissions is required when the above-noted computation form reflects a calculation that the commission taken is within the amounts authorized by R. C. Sec. 2113.35.
