LORAIN COUNTY LOCAL RULES 57.2 Attorney’s Approval on Judgment Entries Filed Each judgment entry presented to this Court for filing for and on behalf of any fiduciary shall have endorsed thereon the approval of the attorney designated by such fiduciary to represent him or her in the following form: Approved: Attorney for Fiduciary Such endorsement shall constitute a representation to the Court that the same was prepared by and/or examined by the attorney. If such attorney’s endorsement is lacking, the judgment entry shall be refused.
