Rudy R. Schroeder, 49, enjoyed hunting and target shooting

Mr. Schroeder was born on April 23, 1953 in Cincinnati, OH and resided in the Lorain area the past 47 years. A graduate of Lorain High School, Lorain County Community College and Cleveland State University. He was employed in the technology lab at US Steel.

Mr. Schroeder enjoyed hunting, target shooting and belonged to a hunting club.

He is survived by his mother Florence (nee Endebrock) Schroeder, of Lorain and his sister Nancy Tuttle of Cleveland Heights, Nephew David L. Tuttle and niece Sarah Tuttle.

His father Louis and brother William preceded him in death.

Private family services will be conducted with Rev. Robert D. Smith, of St. John United Church of Christ officiating with burial in Ridge Hill Memorial Park.
