Re: South Central Park- Bigger, Better.
Message:
City should always look to acquire more land, especially greenhouse land to the South.

From my understanding, the city has been in contact with folks over the years but has never pulled the trigger. If the city doesn't move on the land, then someone will come in and scoop it up to build houses.

With the growing population, we have to be very cognizant of lifestyle amenities and parks play a vital role in maximizing residential tax base. South Central is a gem with many uses and has the potential to be a catalyst in developing a town center, etc.

The biggest problem I think for the city would be purchasing the land and maybe having to sit on it for a while before integrating it into South Central

Lifestyle will play an important factor in determining the type of future residents.
