Block Watch Meeting for Captains

New Secretary to LNWC Council
8/7 -- Joyce Early of Lorain has been appointed to serve as the Secretary to the Executive Committee of the Lorain Neighborhood Watch Council. She replaces Melanie Szabo, First Ward Councilwoman. Melanie had to resign due to her commitments on council, returning to work on her education, and family responsibilities. Joyce is a very active Block Watch Captain on the west side of Lorain.
