Important Rule:  There will be No - Hard Cleat Shoes or Gulf Spikes to try and gain an advantage.  Remember:  Even though the competition can get very escalated, many people are bare-footed and you could cause serious damage to someone's 

foot  if you accidentally step on someone's foot or ankle.

1. Does your Tournament Fee Cover entry to the Water Park? NO!  However there WILL BE a considerable Discount on tickets that we will sell at the registration tent to gain access for the Waterpark that day.

2. What about Local Teams not staying at the Hotel? In this case you will just have to pay the tournament Fee & Show up.  Discounted Waterpark Tickets are available at the Registration Tent

3. Water Park Tickets?  If you are staying at the Kalahari, you will receive 4 complimentary tickets for any 4 Occupancy rooms you reserve.  or discounted tickets can be purchased at the Registration tent.

4. How many teams are you taking this year?  First Year we are shooting for 60 grass teams, however our goal is to be the biggest 6s grass tournament in Ohio.  Eventually shooting for over 300 Teams is our goal.  We are looking to expand even more.   With great Accommodations at the Kalahari, this will be one of the best Family Venues with the kids and Water park. Max 24 Sand 4's Teams

5. Where will the tournament be held?  Right on the grounds of the Kalahari.  The Sand tournament will be in the middle of the Out Door Village.  They have 3 beautiful Sand Courts.

6. Does Tournament supply Balls? No, all the teams must decide on a ball from that group of teams on the net.

7. Does everyone have to Check-IN?  Yes, all members of your team must sign the waivers & be on the playing grounds before participating. However; only one representative is needed to show at the Registration Tent to notify us that you are all here.

8. Is there an Open division?  Yes, we do have an CO-ED 4s Open/AA division, however this is Sand Co-ed 4s & not Grass.  There are 3 Sand Courts that exist on the Kalahari Grounds.  This division can only accommodate 18 teams.

9. Are there T-shirts for everyone?  No, beginning this year we want our t-shirts to become part of our prize packages for 1st and 2nd Places for all Divisions.

10. Will there be any T-Shirts for Sale?  Yes, we do understand that many people come to the tournament because Indoor Water Facility.  So on entry forms there is a section for your group to order extra tournament shirts.  This will also help us know how many to print & of what size.

11. How do I Know my team is registered?  If you have mailed in your check (that is conclusive that you have a spot for your team) We WILL NOT BE calling teams if you are in the tournament, however, if your team is closed out for any reason, we will contact someone on your team ASAP.  

12. What is Pre-Registration all about?  A team that arrives at the Kalahari can come to the lounge &  check in and have all waivers signed the night before the tournament.  If your team is checked in FULL (all players signed have signed the mass waiver), then you may avoid check-in the day of tournament.  Only the captain must come to the registration tent in the morning "when their whole team has arrived" and at that time a net will be assigned to that team.
