Backpacks for Homeless Kids!

7/23 -- The Christ Child Society of Cleveland wants to be sure each homeless child in Lorain County has his or her own backpack! Backpacks have been filled by volunteers with assorted basic need items as well as toys and fun trinkets for the kids. The project is ongoing and is called the “My Stuff” project.
Agencies working with homeless children simply need to contact Catholic Charities at 440-244-9915 ext. 14. We’ll need to know first name of child, age and gender. Agencies may be asked to come and pick-up backpacks if we are not able to transport.
