The Lorain County Task Force for the Homeless seeks to eliminate homelessness in Lorain County by assessing the characteristics and needs of the county’s homeless; fostering the development of housing and services to meet these needs; educating citizens and officials about local homelessness; and advocating on behalf of homeless persons. |

Resource Mothers Program, Community Health Partners
Family Outreach Center 205 West 20th Street Lorain 440-233-1047The ‘ Resource Mothers Program’ of Community Health Partners is designed to improve and enhance family life by providing health-related information and resources to expectant parents before, during and after birth to promote healthier babies. The Resource Mothers are certified as Community Health Workers, and services are available in Spanish.
