18th Annual Growers Gardens and Homes Tour

North Ridgeville (Website | Profile) is the fastest growing community in 9 northeast Ohio communities and we want you to see what we’re all about. The 18th annual springtime festival for homes and gardens on May 16, 2009 is free and self guided, directing visitors to 14 different locations around the city.
Look for the bright yellow signs marking each site. Start the day with a pancake breakfast at the Senior Center and then spend leisurely time at each location, featuring home builders, home related retailers, garden centers and greenhouses. The home builders’ models will be partnered with growers by having the growers display their products and flowers, trees and shrubs on site. Many locations will have demonstrations and/or identified plantings for visitors to see the plant material in home settings.
Other sites will have representatives offering products for homeowners like financing, lighting fixtures, patio furniture, outdoor fireplaces, grills, spa supplies, antiques, furniture and home accessories. There will be drawings and give-a-ways at several locations.
