Flu Clinics in Lorain County

Elyria City Health Department has set the following dates and times for our 2010 flu clinics:
Seasonal & H1N1 flu vaccine:
Every Tuesday in January from Noon - 6:00 p.m.
- Midway Mall, Community Room (in wing near Dillard's & across from American Eagle)
H1N1 vaccine is no charge but the Seasonal flu vaccine is $15.00 per shot, Medicare & Medicaid are accepted.
All clinics are subject to change or cancellation due to availability of vaccine. For further information, please call (440) 323-7595.

Children under 10 years need to receive 2 doses of H1N1 vaccine for full protection. 28 days are required between doses. No registration is required for the 2nd dose but proof of date of the 1st dose is required and minors must have an adult with them to sign a consent form.

All individuals are now eligible for the H1N1 vaccine. No pre-registration is required for the following flu clinics, and there is no charge for the H1N1 vaccine. If the school district closes, the corresponding clinic will be rescheduled. Clinics are scheduled at the following locations:
