February 2, 2018 — Social connectedness is strongly linked to a person's overall health. To better connect older adults to the community, has launched the Buddy Connect Program. The program pairs volunteers* with people who are 55+ -- participants receive two phone calls per month from their buddy volunteer. Once a month home visits are also available.
