Get Moving Southern Lorain County! If you live or work in the Villages of Wellington (Website | Profile) or Rochester (Profile), or the Townships of Brighton (Profile), Huntington, Penfield (Profile), Pittsfield (Profile), Rochester (Profile), or Wellington (Profile) this wellness challenge is for you! People of all ages can improve their health and well-being by becoming more active. Join the Get Moving Challenge as an individual or form a team and encourage friends, family and co-workers to register with you.
Track your activity online at walks.livehealthyloraincounty.com to be eligible for great prizes. Attend community wellness classes offered Monday, Nov. 9th and Monday, Nov. 23rd, 2009 for additional chances to win. There is no charge to join the challenge or attend the classes.
