State Representative Matt Lundy (D-Elyria) (Website | Profile) and State Senator Mark Wagoner (R-Toledo) introduced legislation to update Ohio’s Motor Vehicle Dealer Franchise Law. The proposals come from the work done by the Joint Select Committee on the Impact of the Changing Automobile Industry in Ohio, co-chaired by Rep. Lundy and Sen. Wagoner.
