| Why would
you like to be elected? |
| I believe that it is the pinnacle of a lawyer's career to serve in the capacity of judge. It is the ultimate way to serve your community. Every decision that is made could deprive a citizen of life, liberty or property and that is not to be taken lightly. My experience as a magistrate and an acting judge has prepared me to make those weighty decisions. Because none of my opponents have any of this type of experience, I am the best qualified candidate to take on this important responsibility. |
| What
would you like to accomplish if elected? |
| The system now poses inconveniences to both witnesses and jurors. I would like to take measures that would reduce that inconvenience by being actively involved in the final pretrial process. |
| How do
you think Internet technology will impact government services? |
| Internet technology improves the flow of information to the citizens and will require more accountability on the part of government. |
| What
one bit of information do people not normally know about you? |
| I have tried criminal cases both as a prosecutor and defense attorney, and in civil cases as an attorney for both plaintiff and defendant. Where my opponents and I have all been before the bench, I am the only one that has sat on it. |
