The Lorain County Metro Parks' (Website | Profile) Gary Gerrone presents "Cosmos in the Classroom" Tuesday evening, Nov. 10, 2009 at 7 pm at the North Branch Library on the LCCC Campus (Website | Profile).
Author and naturalist Gary S. Gerrone, will explore astronomy, constellations and legends surrounding the nightime sky.
Gerrone joined the Lorain County Metro Parks staff in 1980 with little knowledge of the park district, or of being a naturalist. Over 25 years later, he is still learning about nature, people, and the wonderful history and legacy that is the Lorain County Metro Parks.
The program is free and open to the public, however registration is required. Call 366-4919.
