The Lorain Neighborhood Watch Council is made up of all the Neighborhood Watch groups throughout the City of Lorain. Its' purpose is to foster, advocate for and help develop neighborhood watch groups and Business Watch groups in all areas of Lorain. This organization works very closely with the Lorain Police Department and its Community Resource Officers.
