I am endorsed by the Summit County Republican Party Why would you like to be elected? I would like to be elected to the Ninth District Court of Appeals so that I can play a small but vital role in seeing that justice prevails in our courts and in turn, our society as a whole. The citizens of Lorain, Medina, Summit, and Wayne counties deserve to have their causes heard by a capable and independent judiciary. In most cases, the appeals court provides the final review of trial court decisions. It is therefore essential that each party have the opportunity to present their case to a panel of judges interested in hearing the arguments, that is capable of analyzing the issues with clarity, and that is committed to serving justice and truth. My experience in and out of the legal system has prepared me well to very capably undertake the reponsibilities of this great office and to serve the citizens of this district with humility, with honor, and with dignity.

I hope to have the privilege to serve the district in this capacity.

What would you like to accomplish if elected? I would like to ensure that decisions from our court of appeals reflect that the court has completely examined the issues, has thoroughly engaged in the appropriate legal analysis, and has sought to provide justice to all. How do you think Internet technology will impact government services? I believe it will greatly contribute to the efficiency of daily operations and to providing the public with access to a broad body of useful information that is helpful to them in their daily lives. What one bit of information do people not normally know about you? I serenaded my lovely wife in the Roman amphitheater at Caesarea Philippi in the Holy Land amid hundreds of tourists to illustrate the natural acoustics of the setting.
