Ongoing Yoga classes (active Seniors welcome!) at the Wellington Town Hall - Fridays 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. 2nd Floor ($5.00 donation).
Offer group and private classes as well as workshops in Yoga, Integrative Yoga Therapy, Reiki Healing (treatments and/or training), Stress Management, Psychic Healing, Fitness, Meditation or Stillness/Centering practice.
