The Cleveland Clinic Lorain Family Health and Surgery Center offers medical care close to home or work for routine or urgent health problems.
Our staff includes Cleveland Clinic primary care doctors and specialists who see patients at our offices in Lorain, Ohio. Outpatient surgery also is offered on site at our new, fully accredited facility. If you need additional specialists or services, the Lorain staff can facilitate your referral to well-known community specialists or a staff member at Cleveland Clinics main campus, located two miles east of downtown Cleveland.

Monday Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Lab
Monday Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Directions
The Cleveland Clinic Lorain Family Health Center and Surgery Center is located at 5700 Cooper Foster Park Road, just off of State Route 2. Take State Route 2 West and exit at Oak Point Road. Turn right onto Oak Point Road. Free surface parking is available.
