| Why are you running for public office? |
| I am not happy with the direction the county is going. I want to be a part of great changes in this county by utilizing my ideas. Seeing the county going in the right direction is my main objective. Our county needs more business. Our kids have to be directed to go in the right path instead of straying into trouble as they are doing today. We need to improve services instead of cutting back. County cut backs should start in the administration office before they start cutting our safety forces and services for our citizens. |
| What would you like to accomplish if elected or if re-elected? |
Get the county in the right direction. I have a vision of obtain grants and volunteers from the community to obtain constructive programs for our youth. Utilizing some of the many buildings our county owns throughout the county to create satellite youth centers. I even vision our children getting involved in the Olympics.
With the uprising of crime, I would like to make sure our citizens for the entire county, have the protection and support that they are in entitled to with no exception to locations. I would like to improve the transit system so that it provides better service to our citizens and connect to the Cleveland RTA for the northern and southern parts of Lorain County.

| In what ways can web, mobile and social technology be used in the government sector? |
There is already a positive impact on government service because of the Internet.
With the internet, the county can provides the citizens information on their properties and taxes, they can look at their legal descriptions of their property etc. The county dog shelter is providing a convenience to the public by posting dogs available on the internet. The auditor’s office has services available to the public through the internet, the Clerk of Courts has information available to the public on the internet and the Recorders office also has internet services to the residents.
I intend to utilize the internet to keep our citizens informed on administration activities and budgets in the county. By providing this information to the public, it will make the elected officials more accountable and show the taxpayers where their tax monies are going.
