INFORMATION!
This program is designed to
allow children ages 6-12 years old to explore the world from their own
back yard! Each week, children will explore a region of the world by
researching information on the diverse demographic make up of the
region and our community's population, music and art samples, games
that are popular in that region of the world, prepare and taste various
foods of the region, and meet people from around the world. They will
also study climate, the areas terrain, its natural resources, the
regions wildlife and age appropriate political issues. |
