Then there is the added cost of upkeep over the years would keep rising. The Money would be better spent on adding Classrooms so Students would not have to go to Class in Portable Classrooms or maybe buy more Books for the Schools. I remember My Kid's having to share Books in School because there were not enough to go around. Maybe some Money could go to upgrading the Old Stadium but to build a new one is not responsible at this time.
