Third Annual Great Pizza Bake Off

Visitors can enjoy an all-you-can-eat evening at the 2009 Great Pizza Bake-Off while voting for their top pizza maker. The event, sponsored by the Avon–Avon Lake Rotary (Website | Profile), is from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. in the Avon Lake High School (Website | Profile) Commons and precedes the Homecoming bonfire.
For $10 (adults) and $5 for kids 12 and under, sample pizza from Cici’s, Coleone's (Profile), Domino's (Website | Profile), Donato's (Website | Profile), Marco's Pizza - Center Ridge Road (Website | Profile), Pizza Plus, Romeo’s and Teresa’s pizzas.
After sampling, patrons can vote for their favorite pizza. Proceeds benefit the Avon-Avon Lake Rotary scholarship fund. Tickets available at the door.
