To register your rental property please download and complete one of the following PDF forms and send it to the Auditor's Office:
- Advanced Form - enables you to download the form, complete it in your Adobe Acrobat Reader, print it and mail it to the Auditor's Office. This form requires Adobe Acrobat 7.
- Print Only Form - must be printed, then completed and mailed to the Auditor's Office.
