I 've been wondering. Why does the township insist there is a need for traffic from such a development to have access to Pyle Road? Many "Development Parks" in the area only have one entrance/exit point. Such as: the medical park on Abbe Road south of Rt. 254, the light industrial park on Baumhart Road north of Rt. 2 are two examples. So, why does this one HAVE TO HAVE access to Pyle Road in addition to Rt. 58 access??? Rt. 58 junctions with the Ohio Turnpike, Rt. 2,and St. Rt. 113, however, Pyle Road does not have a direct link to any major routes other than St. Rt. 113. I would think it more prudent to have all traffic directed to the St. Rt. 58 access point. Rather than into a predominately residential area. Any thoughts out there on this?
