What is Advance Volleyball ?

Advance Volleyball is a high level training program designed by Coaches Dave Dorinski and Bob Armstrong. The program is based on other successful programs as well as over 40 + years of accumulated knowledge and experience of these coaches. The main objective of Advance is to train players to become proficient at the individual volleyball skills needed to play at a high level. By teaching individually, players will progress faster at the team level and, if properly motivated, become elite players that are a benefit to their school program and attract the attention of college coaches.

The Advance Program is for boys or girls, experienced or beginners that are currently in grades 4 through 12. One of the goals of the program is to lay a permanent foundation of proper fundamentals and eliminate bad habits that may be acquired.

This is a technical training program comprised of several levels of training. There are NO TRYOUTS. However, participation will be limited. Any athlete may register for any session without having to complete other sessions. Our programs are progressive according to ability. The same techniques are taught and stressed during each Session using different drills and instructional methods.

Our Training Goals?

  • Ensure the proper development of young players.

  • Teach the newest techniques & skills to young players for future development

  • Help each player reach their potential and personal goals.

  • Teach sportsmanship, dignity and respect for all involved.

  • Have Fun, and build self-confidence.
