Lists are a very important part of day to day life.
Any person that is organized will have a check list of some sort.
Business, Teachers, Parents, Students, Athletes all use a checklist every
day. They may be in the form of a note
pad, a list like the one below or in a day timer.
Checklists are key to time management.
If you're not a person
to use or make check lists. Start !
It makes a difference. Use them for study schedules, practice schedules and for simple things.
Good athletes often
make checklists of personal short and long term goals. These types of
checklists can be referenced to help the athlete achieve their goals.
Give it a try, put it on paper, review it, refine it and you will be amazed at the
accomplishments you will make.
