Junior & Youth  Camp

(in Elyria at Elyria South Rec Facility)

OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS FROM ALL SCHOOLS

 Dates:    (3 Days) Monday, July 20th, 21st & 22nd
Times:    4th - 5th & 6th Grade:   12:00 noon  - 2:00 p.m.    Check-in 11:30 am
                 7th - 8th & 9th Grade :       2:00 P.M. - 4:00 p.m.    Check-in   1:30 pm

 

**** Only taking 48 athletes per session ****
**** This camp fills fast, don't get closed out ****

Southview HS Volleyball 

2009 Youth "MINI" Camp

Dates:        (3 Days) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: July 8th, 9th, 10th...

Grades:       4^th & 5^th and 6th       12:30 - 2:30pm..

                      7th & 8^th  or   9th         9:00am - 12 noon

Location:   at Southview High School

                        **  OPEN to all Girl Athletes from any School **   

Instructors: Southview’s New Head VB Coach   (Coach Armstrong) &

                       Other Staff with HS Helpers

Program:     **  Covers Proper techniques inServing, Bump Passing, Setting, 

                       Hand Passing, Hitting (Arm swing), Court Movement, Footwork.

                       **  9 hrs of Individual Training 

                       ** Campers Bring Water Bottle, Towel, Shorts, Court Shoes & 

                           Knee Pads if you have them.

   Where:        Cleveland State University - Woodling Gym (Physical Education Building)
   Eligibility:   Players should be at least 10 years old or entering 5th grade thru 12th grade
   Skill level:  All players will be skill tested and put into an appropriate skill leveled group.
    Fees:        Camp costs $75, Both Serving Camps & Blocking are $50 per session. 

                             Please bring $6 for lunch on the day of camp.  We will take you to a local restaurant 

                             where you will purchase your own lunch.  You may also choose to pack a lunch.
