Established in Lorain County in 1927 as a nonprofit organization Neighborhood Alliance (formely Neighborhood House Association) serves Lorain's neighborhoods with Child Enrichment Services (in Lorain and Elyria), Family Support Services including Help Me Grow, Senior Enrichment Services (including home delivered meals and a senior center in Oberlin), and Shelter and Emergency Services (The Haven Center).
