I have been licensed since 1996, and practice law throughout Lorain County and adjoining counties. I am a partner in the general practice law firm of Deery & Gibbons. My areas of practice are in Family Law(including divorce, custody, grandparent's rights, and children services cases); Personal Injury; Workers' Compensation; and general Civil Litigation. I also handle some criminal cases.
Deery & Gibbons also handles Probate and Estate Planning issues, including the drafting of Wills, Trusts, Living Wills, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Guardianships and Adoptions.
I am currently the Chariman of the Domestic Relations Committee of the Lorain County Bar Association, as well as a Trustee of the Lorain County Bar Association. I am a member of West Side Irish American Club, Elks Lodge Lodge 1301, Black River Lodge 786, and a Trustee for TRITA.
