Low impact, suitable for all skill levels. Pilates teaches the body to move in a way that is natural, efficient and pain free. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, and provides flexibility and balance. Our classes improve core strength while creating long, lean muscles like those of a dancer.
No membership required.
Group Mat Classes every Wednesday & Saturday from 10am - 10:45am, Reformer and/or Mat Private Sessions by appointment. Please call for details.
