Hello! My classes are fun and really get you in shape. I offer several different exercise classes such as Zumba, Turbo-Kick, Bootcamp and a Prenatal Exercise class. There are classes for everyone, beginners and experienced, ages 10 to adult, so don't be nervous! Just contact me, and I'll be happy to discuss the different options with you personally.
You can join and attend the classes at any of my locations or you can schedule your own work, school, birthday, or family dance party and I can come out to your location! I can also provide group parties at one of my locations.
