The 8th Annual 2009 Blessings Music Festival will be held in two parts this year as well as an added awards program. The first part; A fundraising festival for the "HeartBeat of Sandusky Pregnancy Center and Maternity Home" held at Faith Memorial Church Grounds on East Strub Rd. off Rt 250 in Sandusky. The festival will consist of food and music will start at 4pm on Friday August 21, 2009. HeartBeat volunteers will be the only food vendors but other vendors are invited. They will be selling BBQ Chicken and Rib Dinners. Sat. August 22, 2009 The Blessings Music & Awards Fest will continue in Lorain at the Black River Landings Festival grounds starting at 8am. The traditional 8am Men's prayer group will include a women's prayer group with all invited. During the one-hour prayer group time, the Walk-A-Thon "Walls of Jericho Walk" will commence. At 9am we will have a welcome from Politicians and a welcome to Pastors. At 10am music will commence untill 10 pm. Over 35 musical acts will be on hand to perform at both locations. $2 and a food can will be collected at both locations to support HeartBeat of Sandusky, The Salvation Army of Lorain and the Love Center Cupboard of Lorain. We welcome food and other vendors, Volunteers, Musicians, and especially Sponsors. We also welcome the new recipients for the 2009 Blessings Outreach Awards.
